Description:	Tetra Network Support Engineer, Dimetra, ICM, Integration and Configuration Management Contract, Dublin Ireland. We urgently require an ICM engineer to work as a part of a team in an ICM centre, to provide end to end support to customers. You will need to be able to assume the role of technical incident manager when various parties are involved in resolving an issue such as the CSC/NMC or subcontractors. You will take responsibility for resolution of the issue end to end. Experience/skills required: * Working knowledge of Dimetra PRNM suite * Knowledge of TETRA Radio networks * IP networking skills router configurations, firewalls configuration and associated diagnosis tools applications. * Overall TETRA end to end knowledge of TETRA Network, interfaces and terminal operation.
